PTSC Clothing Drive
A note of appreciation to all who donated to the PTSC clothing drive. This week, our facilities department estimated that close to 100 bags of clothing were picked up. On behalf of the PTSC, thank you for everyone's support with this important fundraiser for our district's home and school group. Enjoy that freed up space in your closets.

Thank you to all who came out to the presentation for the revised middle school schedule.
Relay for Life
Good luck and thank you to all who are participating in the Relay for Life this weekend!
Clinical Corner
May is Arthritis Awareness Month, Better Sleep Month, National Walking Month, Women’s Health Care Month, Military Appreciation Month(Shout out to Tracie Kritch and Shannon Pagano for helping to make our military students feel so supported!), Better Speech and Hearing Month(Special Thanks to our Speech Pathologist Tracy Nagy!), Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and lastly, Mental Health Awareness Month! In honor of that I thought I would accentuate a few tools that we have right at our fingertips to monitor/improve our mental health:
The Health App on your iphone now has a mental health questionnaire that is quick yet thorough and gives you a snapshot of your mental health at the end with recommendations.
Insight Timer is a free app that has meditative music of all sorts as well as guided meditations that you can customize to your busy schedule with ones as short as 5 minutes.
The Calm App is $70 a year and many people say the cost is worth it
The Habit Rabbit App has a fun and interactive way to help you stick to good habits
