Parent Teacher Fellowship

Aloha Christian Academy Families,

We are getting back into the swing of things! On behalf of Parent Teacher Fellowship, we hope you had a joyous Christmas season and pray for a blessed year ahead!

Last month, PTF hosted our first-ever Christmas in the Courtyard event. We hope you had a chance to grab some yummy Christmas treats and hot chocolate! So far, we've held two courtyard events because our goal this school year is to host events that help parents and teachers connect with each other. We're planning to host one more school community this semester. If you have any ideas, please email us at ptf@capatriots.org.

At our January PTF Meeting, we discussed ideas for our 2025 Spring Fundraiser, which we plan to hold in March and April. We will share more information about the fundraiser once a decision has been made. Please be on the look out! 👀 We have a few more events that we are hosting this year, including Teachers and Nurses Appreciation Week as well as our Senior Scholarships. Our Spring Fundraiser will help support the second half of the year, but we can't do it without your support!

The PTF officers have been truly blessed to serve you and our beloved school community! If you are interested in becoming more involved in PTF, or know of parents who would be great at helping us to fundraise and support our school, PTF officer nominations are just around the corner. We will be announcing how you can nominate fellow parents and help boost our efforts to make Christian Academy even more awesome!

Before I end this message, if you've been following local news, you've seen the heartache and tragedies hitting our Hawaii community in the last month. These may be neighbors, friends, or people you know personally. Let's continue to lift up in prayer those affected by these events and be quick to act if God moves you to serve a need. If you or your family are ever in need of prayer, resources, or a listening ear, we are here for you! Please email us at ptf@capatriots.org or ask the front office to connect with us. As parents and members of the CA family, we would love to offer support and prayers! We serve a great God who has given us a family of faith to love one another. Let's let our love shine this year!
