- Title 1 helps to fund staffing and enrichment opportunities for students.
- Our goal is to create a successful partnership between our school and our families.
- Visit our website to read the Parental Guide to Title 1 programs in ACSD (http://ripton.acsdvt.org/families/new-page).
- Parent involvement is critical to the educational success of your child(ren).
- Our collaboration can make all the difference for our students’ success.
Elementary Progress Reports
Please note that report cards will be sent home in students’ backpacks on January 31st. Parents should anticipate a phone call from their child’s teacher shortly thereafter. The purpose of this phone call is to follow up on students’ first semester progress reports and see if families have any questions. Thank you.

Winter Weather
As the temperatures drop, please keep in mind:
We are expecting students to have on a coat, snow pants, hat, mittens and boots in order to play in the snow. On days that the "feels like temperature" falls below 0 degrees we are inside for recess.
T-shirts, shorts, crocs or sandals can be worn on their own outside (meaning no additional layers required) when the temperature is 40 + degrees
Long sleeves are ok to be worn on their own outside when the temperature is 39-32 degrees but it’s time to pack up the crocs & sandals!
Coats, hats, gloves & boots are required for temperatures under 32 degrees
