This month, Lindbergh students are learning valuable skills in Conflict Resolution. Through engaging activities and discussions, they are exploring how to handle disagreements respectfully and peacefully. By practicing active listening, understanding different perspectives, and learning to compromise, our students will build stronger friendships and create a more positive school environment.
Practice I-Statements at home to keep conversations respectful and solution-oriented.
1. Start with “I feel…” (Express your emotion)
2. Describe the specific behavior or situation causing the feeling
3. Explain why it makes you feel that way
4. Ask for what you need or would prefer

If your child will be absent or late, you can now send an email to lindbergh_attendance@ktufsd.org. Please make sure that you include your child’s name, grade, teacher and the reason for the absence. Or, you can call 716-874-8410 (press 1) and leave a message for the absence.
If you will be volunteering at Lindbergh Elementary in the classroom, for a special event or as a chaperone on a field trip, you will need to complete this Volunteer Application prior to the activity, event or trip. You will only need to fill out this form once each school year.
