Nate Morin Memorial Blood Drive on Feb. 18

The Nate Morin Memorial Blood Drive is set for February 18 from 1-6 pm in the JROTC room at the Palmer Center at Alvirne High School. The public is welcome to the event, and anyone interested in giving blood can reserve a time slot at redcrossblood.org and type "Bronco" in the search bar.


There is another Nate Morin Memorial Blood Drive this Saturday from 1-2:15 pm, which is only open to Alvirne staff and students.

Food Services Hiring Midday Shifts

Hudson School District Food Services is looking to fill three open positions between Alvirne High School and Hudson Memorial School. The positions are all three-hour shifts and are either from 10-1 or 10:30-1:30. If you are interested or know someone who would be interested, please visit sau81.org/careers.

This Past Week at Hudson School District

The Palmer Center at Alvirne's new Criminal Justice class visited the Hudson Police Department Tuesday to tour their facility and engage in a discussion about the department's inner workings.

Kindergarten classes at Library Street School have been enjoying an educational hands-on experience thanks to presentations from Wildlife Encounters over the past couple weeks.
