Hi, Parents! Wellington's Check Writing Campaign

We are so excited to kick off Wellington Elementary’s third annual Check Writing Campaign! Wristbands will be given to the students that participate!

We know families are busy, so we wanted to make fundraising as simple as possible for all of you. It is easy, fast, and direct without the hassle of selling anything to neighbors, family, and friends! Sounds great, right?! Simply make a tax-deductible donation via credit card with the link below or writing a check payable to Wellington Elementary School. 100% of your donation will help to fund many of the amazing programs, luncheons, and classroom/school enhancements that Wellington students, teachers, and families enjoy during the school year. This fundraiser directly benefits our students and teachers and is our own school-wide fundraiser that is separate from PTA and their fundraisers, such as Jungle Jog. We are kindly suggesting a donation amount of $25 per student, or $40 per family.

We recognize this donation amount might not be possible for every family, but we sincerely appreciate any donation that can be made. We could not do all that we do without your generous support, and we greatly value your partnership in your child’s education. Thank you!

Campus Visitor IDs

Per LISD guidance, campuses may not permit anyone to enter the building if they cannot present a physical copy of a valid government-issued ID, such as a Driver’s License or Passport. Any other picture ID will not be accepted for the purposes of visiting campus. IDs that cannot be accepted include, but are not limited to:

Credit cards with photos ID
Membership club cards
Digital or otherwise copied images of a Driver’s License or Passport

WES PTA SPIRIT WEAR

To boost school spirit and bring our community together, Wellington will have Spirit Day Fridays throughout the year on the calendar. PTA's new line of school spirit wear is available for purchase NOW. This is a great opportunity for students, parents, and staff to show their support and show their school pride for WES!

All proceeds from spirit wear sales will go toward enhancing student programs and events with the Wellington PTA.
