December 1- Deadline: NMSU Scholar Dollars Scholarship Applications https://scholarships.nmsu.edu

December 2-6-Pre-Registration 2025-2026 (9th-11th grades)

December 2- 9th Graders (Biology Classes)
December 3- 10th Graders (Chemistry Classes)
December 4- Make Up Day (9th/10th Graders)
December 5- 11 the Graders (Physics classes)
December 6- Make Up Day (9th-12 Graders)

December 3- NM Tech College Rep Visit- Joe Payan will be available during both lunches and will meet with Ms. Copley's AP Calculus class and Mr. Ornelas' Advanced Engineering class.
December 4 - Early Out Wednesday (EOW)
December 9 - CMS 8th grade students will tour CHS and get acquainted with campus (9:00-11:00)
December 9 - CHS 8th Grade Parent Night 4:00-6:00 8th Grade students and parents are invited to visit and tour CHS CTE classrooms/programs. Major Sports, Dance, and Band teachers/sponsors will be available to answer any questions students and parents may have.
December 10 - CMS 8th grade students will tour CHS and get acquainted with campus and teachers (9:00-11:00)
December 4 - Early Out Wednesday (EOW)
December 12 - CMS 2025-2026 Pre-Registration CHS counselors will visit CMS and help 8th grade students complete course selection for School Year 2025-2026.
December 13- Edmentum course deadline
December 23- January 7- WINTER BREAK
