FINANCIAL AID AND SCHOLARSHIPS
NM Opportunity Scholarship
To qualify, students must:
- be a New Mexico resident for the past 12 consecutive months
- United States citizenship is not a requirement for this scholarship.
- plan to enroll in at least six credit hours at a public college or university in New Mexico toward a training certificate, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree, you may qualify.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
NM Lottery Scholarship
To qualify, students must:
- Be a New Mexico resident
- United States citizenship is not a requirement for this scholarship.
- Enroll at a participating school within 16 months of graduating high school or earning a certificate of completion
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Complete 15 credit hours (for students at four-year colleges) or 12 credit hours (for community college students) each semester.
