Conference Week
Vanguard Parents and Guardians:
We are excited to invite you to come and meet with your student’s teachers for learning conferences next week, Tuesday, November 12th -Thursday, November 14th. Teachers will be available to meet with you in their rooms to discuss learning progress, attendance, instructional questions or any other topic related to school and your student that you are interested in knowing.
The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, November 12
11:30 am - 3:00 pm: Drop in or by appointment
Wednesday, November 13
11:30 am - 3:00 pm: Drop in or by appointment
Thursday, November 14
11:30 am - 3:00 pm: Drop in or by appointment
3:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Drop in or by appointment
*Translation Services will be available.
* There will be no conference times available on Friday
* CBTECH Students will be on their REGULAR Schedule - NO EARLY RELEASE
We hope that you will be able to attend in person but if you are unable to attend and would like to meet or speak with teachers about your student’s progress, please call or email the teacher and they will contact you.
