New Procedure for Title I Allocation New Procedure for Title I Allocation

In the past, principals received their projected Title I allocation via email. This will no longer be the process for preparing for the FY 24-25 school year. In an effort to better align the projected budgets with the goals of reading, math, and matriculation, there will be a new process. Each school principal will have a one-on-one consultation meeting with one of the staff members within the department of State and Federal Programs. Each meeting will be 45 minutes and held virtually via Zoom. There will be four days to select from for the one-on-one consultation. In addition, a make-up day, February 22, 2024, will be made available for any principal unable to meet during one of the designated four days.

In order to prepare for the consultation meeting, please be prepared to discuss:

  • Confirmation of certificate staff reduction written notification from principal
  • School requirements to meet Reading, Math, Matriculation goals
  • Personnel to Retain - This is only in reference to current Instructional Assistants
  • New staffing selection for FY 25

Please use the links below to select a time slot for your consultation.
