You do not have to attend every session and you can jump in whenever it best fits your needs and your schedule. New Changes for Completing Region 4 Inspire's Alternative Certification Program

Beginning in September, our partner program at Region 4 will make a major change in the progression of the online coursework. The program will now be self-paced and allow candidates more freedom in how they use their time to complete the online courses. Previously, the program was structured in cohorts, but with this new change, candidates can potentially move through the coursework in a pace more suited to their own individual needs.

The other big change is in the number of observations. There will continue to be five face to face observations, but there will also be an additional three face to face or video coaching observations during the year.
