- Insurance premium renewal for medical and dental insurance rates beginning October 1, 2022
- Approved increased substitute daily pay for FFSD retired teachers to $250/day
- Approved the re-adoption of Policy 4036 Conflict of Interest & Financial Disclosure to comply with the State of Missouri stature chapter 105 on Board member Financial Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
- Approved Policy 2026 District-Offered Virtual Courses
- Approved Policy 3034 Admission of Resident Students
- Approved Policy 3035 Transfers Between Schools and/or Academic Programs
- Approved Policy 3041 Student Due Process Rights - Suspension, Expulsion and Discipline Reassignment
- Approved Policy 3042 Student Discipline Hearings - Expulsion, Suspension, and/or Reassignment Appeals
- Approved the deletion of Policy 2026.2, Administrative Assignment to District-Offered Virtual Courses
- Approved the deletion of Policy 3045 Student Suspension, Expulsion, Removal and Readmission of Students

- MSBA Board Report - The Board watched the monthly video update from Missouri School Boards Association.
- Introduction of new administrators and district leaders.
- Equity and Access for All Strategic Plan Dashboard - Board members and the community received a preliminary dashboard layout to measure progress on the Strategic Plan.

- Proposed policy changes due to legislative changes from the Missouri General Assembly. The effective date for most of these laws is August 28, 2022, so that a number of Board policies require immediate review and enactment, including policies 3056; 3057.1; 2010.1; 2017; 3066; 1041; 3069; and 2041.

Next Board of Education Special Meeting Will Be August 17 @ 6 p.m.
The Ferguson-Florissant School District, located in suburban St. Louis, serves more than 10,000 students from preschool through 12th grade with an excellent comprehensive educational program. Fully accredited by the state of Missouri, the Ferguson-Florissant School District operates seven Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd-grade schools, six intermediate schools (3rd through 5th grade), two 6th grade centers, two middle schools, two A+ and NCA-CASI - accredited high schools, a cutting-edge STEAM middle school, and a STEAM high school, a student-centered learning Innovation School and a Restoration and Wellness Center.
