LIS Tiger Talk
November 9, 2023
Principal's Message
Tiger Families,
This week and throughout the year, it is my sincere hope that every veteran feels our gratitude and appreciation for their sacrifices. As like most of us, there are veterans in my life who I am honored to know and love. My late grandfather served in WWII and my brother-in-law served as a marine in Afghanistan. To all of those who have and are currently serving our country, thank you and Happy Veterans Day!
Thank you to all our parents and guardians who came in for conferences with their student's teachers this week. We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with your regarding your student. Another thanks goes to our MINT PTSA for the delicious conference dinners for our teachers. Much appreciated!
Next week is the last week of our 'Pass It On' food drive. Please consider donating items to support our Loveland families. Check out the specific information below about items assigned to each homeroom. Students will be delivering items on Thursday.
5th Grade Families- Next week is Camp Kern! We are so excited for our Tigers to get outdoors and make some memories. If you have any questions, please reach out to our staff. There is more information included below.
Have a great 3-day weekend! Go Tigers!

LIFE Holiday Giving Shop
Loveland Interfaith Effort
Each year L.I.F.E. provides a holiday shopping experience for local families in need. Families are able to choose Christmas gifts for each family member. All gifts are brand new and provided at no cost to the family. We serve over 200 families and we cannot do it without you.
After choosing gifts for each family member we like to provide wrapping paper so the gifts can be wrapped and given to each member. Please help us by donating wrapping paper for our clients. Wrapping paper should be brought in by Friday December 8.
Thank you for helping your Loveland neighbor in need celebrate this holiday season.
