CRMS Falcon Nest
Our food shelf distributes food for families on the third Thursday of each month, however THIS MONTH HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO THURSDAY JANUARY 25th to align with a parent/teacher conference night.
The food distribution will take place that night, beginning at 3:30. We do not have a set end time yet but please plan on picking up food that evening. It works best to park near Door 10 and then enter the building there. Our food shelf is a short walk down the hallway. There is a registration form if you have not visited our food shelf this school year.
Please contact us if you have any questions or cannot make it during that time frame. We may be able to arrange a different day or time.

STEM Fair Judges Needed
What:
On February 10, 2024, the Anoka-Hennepin School District will be holding its Annual STEM Fair at Anoka High School in Anoka, Minnesota. The Fair consists of students in grades K-12 presenting the findings of their research and experimentation to the public. With well over 2,000 students involved, this Fair is the largest of its kind in the entire State.
Help Wanted:
In order for this Fair to work, we need community members to be volunteers and/or judges at the Fair. Teachers can earn up to 5 CEU’s! Prospective judges do not need science or math backgrounds. We provide training for all of the judges. We are looking for responsible adults who are willing to give something back to the community. Your job as a judge is to talk with students about their projects and give them feedback. Please consider being a judge/volunteer and feel free to share this opportunity with anyone whom you feel would be interested. Why you should get involved: The STEM Fair is a showcase of students doing authentic science at its highest level. We have no other opportunity like it in our District. Students doing STEM Fair projects improve their critical thinking, public speaking and research skills. They learn the nature of science and what it means to be a member of the scientific community.
Further information:
You can find further information about the Fair (schedule, location map, judge/volunteer registration, Fair Coordinator contact information) at the following web site http://www.ahschools.us/stemfair
Thank you for your time and consideration! This Fair doesn’t happen without your support!

Girls Connection Volunteer Needed
CRMS is looking for 1-2 volunteers to help lead a great group of middle school girls with an after school group, Girls Connection!
Girls Connection is a place where CRMS middle school girls can come together and help each other navigate middle school life.
We are in need of volunteers to help provide leadership to this special group of girls through cooking, dancing, community service, social activities, and other activities
As a Girls Connection volunteer you will help provide these young ladies with a safe space to work through issues that affect them in their personal and academic lives.
The group meets every other week after school although times and frequency is flexible depending on your schedule and availability.
Please contact Volunteer Services Coordinator, Molly Poulton, if you are interested in helping to facilitate this amazing opportunity for amazing female students or simply would like more information about this volunteer opportunity.
