Dear Parents and Student-Athletes,

I hope this message finds you well and that you have had a wonderful summer vacation so far. We wanted to remind you that the fall sports season is just around the corner!

We are excited to welcome back our student-athletes for another great season of sports and competition. Our coaches have been working hard to prepare for the upcoming season, and we can't wait to see our teams in action.

In this newsletter, you will find useful information about the fall sports season, including important dates, team schedules, and safety guidelines. We encourage you to read through this information carefully and share it with your student-athlete.

We look forward to seeing you and your student-athlete at our fall sports events. With your ongoing support, we will have another successful season!

Final Forms

We are very excited to announce that the Old Colony High Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms.
