Family Time and Tips Section
Besides lengthening lives, spending time with family has other benefits. First of all, kids who spend quality time with their loved ones have better self-confidence. They are more sociable mainly because they sense that their parents value them. Also, kids with a good amount of self-esteem find it easy to build relationships.
