District 123 Community Leaf Raking
District 123 will be hosting their annual District 123 Community Leaf Raking event on Saturday, November 12th. The event will begin at 9:00 A.M. and last until 12:00 P.M. After raking, all volunteers are invited back to Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School for lunch.

District 123 Unity Day
As a district, Unity Week is when we all come together with a powerful message that bullying sholud never be a part of childhood.
- Monday, October 17th: Classrooms will be decorated orange
- Tuesday, October 18th: Dreaming of a kind world. Wear your pajamas today!
- Wednesday, October 19th: Wear orange today as we pledge to be bully free!
- Thursday, October 20th: We are all on 'Team Kind'. Wear your favorite sports shirt today!
- Friday, October 21st: We support each other. Wear your school spirit wear today!
Covington Spooktacular - Volunteers Needed
The Halloween Spooktacular Bash held by the Covington PTO is quickly approaching. It is being held on Friday, October 28th in the Covington Gymnasium. We will have the Gymnasium from 4:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.. We are looking for volunteers to help with set up, clean up, and during the event for various things. Any help is appreciated.
Please note that middle school and high school volunteers for this event will qualify for service hours, just add that information in the comments upon Sign Up. A member of either the PTO Board or PTO Spooktacular Committee will be happy to sign their forms.
