Volume 3 Issue 29
As we returned from Spring Break, we certainly hit the ground running. We had a field trip in 5th grade, a new quarter started, change in counselor, and the March Madness Tournament of Books is in the Sweet 16. See below on details. It's not too late to vote. Hold on tight the next 2 months are going to be busy. This week's background features some of our 5th grade students as they prepare for a field trip to see the South Coast Symphony. Thank you to our parent chaperones as well. As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or compliments, please reach out to Mr. Fineberg, our principal, at efineberg@tustin.k12.ca.us.
Principal's Message...
Welcome back! It was a full week as we bid farewell to Mr. Moreno, our counselor, kick off the testing season, and plans for end of year promotion and graduation intensify. As we transition to our new counselor, Mrs. Hsieh our district Counselor on Special Assignment, will be here to support our students with course selections, summer school, and all of the counseling needs.
Additionally, if you have not done so already, please confirm your intentions for the 2022/23 school year. This quick survey will insure that your student attends the correct school in the fall. Remember that the options are to attend your school of residence or TC next year. If you'd like to attend a school other than TC or your school of residence, a transfer is required and can be found on the TUSD website.
As always, if you have any questions, compliments, ideas, and/or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out at (714) 430-2052 ext. 52103 or efineberg@tustin.k12.ca.us.

The Outsiders was in the lead for nearly the whole matchup, but a late push by Out of My Mind led to a last minute underdog victory! Percy Jackson edged out The Hunger Games in the final seconds of voting.
Click the link below to participate in the Sweet 16 round. Voting closes at 3pm on Wednesday 3/30. Winners will proceed to the Elite 8 Round later next week.
