Technology Playgrounds will be available for teachers on the second and fourth Thursday/Friday of each month. Two bonus sessions will be offered on February 7th and March 21st. See below for topic and location and device that is needed.

eBackpack 101, January 9-10

Come learn the basics of eBackpack. This will be a "basic training" for beginners. We will learn how to manage your account and learn how to create assignments.

iMovie is such a great tool for creating in your classroom! Come learn how to harness the power of this app to create podcasts, PSA's, trailers, and short movies in your classroom. Please make sure your iMovie app is updated.

Get yourself organized! Google Drive allows you to access your Google material anywhere you are. Quit attaching documents and start "sharing." Quit saving word docs to your desktop and instead start using Google Drive!

Too often the iPad is used for consuming information in the classroom. Come learn some easy ways to use the iPad as a CREATION tool in your classroom. Creative spirit and mind is a prerequisite. No worksheets allowed.

If you build it, they will save it! And you can access it from anywhere with any device! Are you still using Microsoft Word? Are you saving all of those Word docs to the school server or your desktop? It's impossible to access those files unless you are at school. Come learn all about Google Docs.
