Weekly Updates from the Office
Term 2. Week 2. Friday 19th January 2024
This week's summary
In this week's newsletter, I am delighted to share insights from the enriching seminar I attended at a Cambridge seminar on Wednesday. The event proved to be a dynamic platform, fostering innovation and enlightenment. Cambridge has embraced a fresh perspective, placing emphasis on sustainability and children's well-being as primary subjects. This exciting shift aligns with the evolving educational landscape, emphasising holistic development. There is still work to be done, but it is very encouraging.
The seminar also provided a valuable opportunity for collaboration, bringing together educators from various Cambridge schools in northern Tanzania. The exchange of ideas and experiences promises to cultivate a supportive network, fostering continuous growth and excellence in education. As we embark on this journey of positive development, I am eager to witness the collective impact of these initiatives on our shared commitment to nurturing well-rounded and sustainable futures for our children.
