We had a great turn out and are very excited to see where we go from here and what the future of this program will bring to our community. We are so blessed to be the school of choice for our existing families and we would not exist with-out YOU! It is a pleasure to offer our community a small, inclusive, and multi-faceted environment where we are able to provide an enriching experience tailored to fostering the needs and growth of each individual student. We pride ourselves in knowing the heart and unique strengths each student - this sentiment will not change as it is woven into the fabric that makes us who we are.

READ-A-THON NEWS!!

4 MORE DAYS TO READ!!

The read-a-thon started on Monday, Feb 6, and will end on Monday, Feb 20th. Please make sure students tracking their minutes read, and you are signing the reading log to verify those minutes read. We want to keep it fair for everyone participating. Sponsor sheets are also attached to the forms.

This is a great fundraiser for our library, and will help bring in new, exciting books in for the kids to read.

How to order:

1. Please go to the Healthy Hunger website at healthyhunger.ca and create an account if you do not have one.
2. Go to settings and add/manage student to register your child in their appropriate grade. All orders must be submitted and paid for five days prior to the hot lunch date.

Absences:

Please contact the office or email the hot lunch co-ordinator, lauragwen.lee@hotmail.com by 11:00 a.m. the day of the hot lunch and let us know what you would like done with your child’s lunch. If we do not hear from you, we will donate student's lunch to another student.

Emotion Coaching: Saturday, March 4th from 9:30 - 11:30 am at Millenium Place, Activity Room 3

Straight Talk About Teens (for Parents and Caregivers of youth ages 12 to 18): Monday, March 6th from 12 - 1:30 pm. Online.

Inclusive Parenting: Understanding Teen Substance Use: Thursday, March 23rd from 6 - 7:30 pm at Family and Community Services (401 Festival Lane)

School fees are due for payment through Parent Portal online access and are payable via Interac, VISA or Mastercard.
