Happy December! If you can believe it we have just two weeks left in the second quarter!

The week before Thanksgiving break, we recognized our Eagle of the Month for Be A Learner. For the month of December we are focused on ways to Be Kind At Recess. Teachers will be "catching" students who are including others, showing good sportsmanship, taking turns and more at recess this month.

If you have a 4th or 5th grade student, we hope to see you at the musical performance on Thursday, December 12th at 6:00 in the Pittman Gym. Please enter at Door 6, which is on the southeast part of the building. Performing students need to be dropped off at the library by 5:45.

• Students need to arrive by 5:45.
• The entrance for the musical will be Door 6.
• Students will gather in the library before the performance.

Moving forward, the process for accessing your student's grade cards will be through Home Access Center. If you have forgotten your login information, please send Ms. Gwen a Seesaw message or call the office. If you do not have a way to access an online version of the grade card, and would like to receive a printed grade card for each remaining quarter this year, please send Ms. Gwen a message on Seesaw and she will make sure you are added to the list.

The most recent second quarter attendance percentages are below. Our goal is for classes to be above 93% and strive for 95% or above. Kindergarten is rockin' their attendance!

You will also see a graphic below that outlines how important it is to be on time and avoid frequent early check-outs. Every minute counts!
