Read a Thon: 11/6 - 11/17
Read-A-Thons actually get readers excited about reading and it gives friends and family the opportunity to encourage children to read even more.
Our PTA Read-A-Thon starts Monday, November 6, 2023
Friday, 11/3 we will send home instructions on how to activate your reader's personal page. This is where you will be able to view and record their progress. We encourage you to activate your reader’s account today by clicking on https://bit.ly/RVReader and following the simple instructions. We've chosen Read-a-thon because it will not take much of your time, gives your child a reason to read, and helps in the development of stronger reading skills. Sign up now! Even a small donation will help our school!
Parent/Teacher Conference Week is Coming!
Conference Week: November 13-17
Minimum day schedule: 7:45am-12:10pm ALL WEEK
Rio Vista will be conducting conferences in-person this year. Teachers will be contacting you directly to schedule a conference with you. If you prefer your parent conference be on Zoom, please let your child's teacher know.
Think Together is in session daily until 6pm
