Hello Roman Families,

I hope everyone had plenty of family time during our winter break. It is now time to get back into the swing of things and get back to routine. How many of you have set New Year's resolutions? I am not one who tends to set New Year's resolutions, but I do like to just overall set blanket goals. My goal for the next few months is to try to do a few healthier choices, whether it is walking more, eating the healthier options or simply just having time for myself to do something simple. I am hoping I can stick with it to make it to spring break. This stretch from winter break to spring break can tend to be long as I anticipate warmer weather.

I hope whatever the New Year brings to you and your family, that you continue to think of your child/children, and consider making memories with them. Take time off of technology, play a game, do a puzzle, watch a movie. They will remember the things you did with them more as they grow older.

Well, we have been very fortunate, we have not had one delay or cancelation this school year! With winter weather, this could happen soon!

Please know the following:

Delays:

• If we have a delay, students will be picked up 2 hours later than normal. Keep in mind, delays can turn to closing, so continue to monitor social media and your text messages.

Cancelations:

• If we have a cancelation ALL students MUST do virtual learning.
• ALL students will receive an invite for live streaming into class through their TEAMS.
• Class schedules these days are as follows:
• Grades 3 - 5
• 9:30 - 10: 15 - Science/ Social Students (Could possibly have special)
• 10:15 - 10:30 - Break time - Have a quick snack (restroom/ wiggle break)
• 10:30 -11:30 - Reading Instruction
• 11:30 -12:00 - Break (Lunch/wiggle time/restroom)
• 12:00 - 12:45 - Math Instruction
• Grades K-2
• • 9:30 - 10: 30 - Reading Instruction
  • 10:30 - 10:45 - Break time - Have a quick snack (restroom/ wiggle break)
  • 10:45 -11:30 - Science/ Social Students (Could possibly have special)
  • 11:30 -12:00 - Break (Lunch/wiggle time/restroom)
  • 12:00 - 12:45 - Math Instruction
