Principal Selection Process - Community Input Survey
As a valued member in your local school community, you can provide information and feedback that helps school leaders make important decisions that affect students and schools. Therefore, Gwinnett County Public Schools would like to ask for your assistance in the crucial process of selecting a principal to replace Dr. JW Mozley. The Gwinnett County Board of Education and Superintendent Calvin J. Watts would appreciate your response to a web-based Principal Selection Survey. This survey will help school system leaders gather input regarding the selection of the new principal of Coleman Middle School.
You may access the on-line survey at the following web address:
http://www.gwinnett.k12.ga.us/pss/ColemanMS2021
Please complete the survey at your earliest convenience so that your input can be used in decision making. Your time and response to this survey is most appreciated.
Sincerely,
Dr. Monica Batiste

Opportunity for Giving!
Dear Coleman Family,
We are so fortunate to be a part of the Gwinnett County and Duluth community. It is our mission to make a difference in the lives of our students, families, and city. As we begin the season of giving, we would love to illuminate the pathway of kindness by partnering with Rainbow Village. Rainbow Village is a nonprofit organization in Duluth whose mission is “to transform the lives of families experiencing homelessness by providing help, hope, housing, and healing.” One way we can help is by purchasing everyday household items that our families need. Please consider donating items off the Rainbow Village Amazon Wish List. If you do purchase an item, in the comment box, please type the word “SHINE” to show your support for our community. “Our schools SHINE when we help our community SHINE!” We appreciate your generosity!

Attention 6th grade parents!
All 7th grade students are required to receive one dose of Tdap and one dose of MCV4 vaccines.
The law requires that a current certificate be submitted to school verifying that the student has received both of these vaccines before they enter 7th grade.
Please check with your health care provider if your student’s immunization certificate is up to date.
You can also contact Coleman’s school clinic at 678-407-7410.
