Parker School
December 11, 2023
December is certainly a busy month at Parker School. Thank you to PTO for a great Cocoa Craft night last Friday. We are looking forward to report card conferences on Wednesday. Parents and teachers are all working together for the common goal of supporting each child in his or her academic and social/emotional growth and development. Parents are partners in the education process. It is our hope that we can continue to work together to help every child build the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success. Students are busy preparing for the winter concert on December 20th and it is sure to be a great show! We continue to be impressed by how well our students respond to the academic challenges placed before them. Keep up the good work! Enjoy these busy days!

Report Cards
Report card conferences are an important time to provide feedback for families about children’s academic, social and emotional progress and how families can help at home. Report cards will be available on Aspen, Quincy Public Schools Student Information System beginning on Tuesday December 6th. Report Card conferences will be held on Wednesday, December 13th Families have the option of either an in person or a virtual conference. If families have chosen a virtual conference, your child’s teacher will share a meeting link. Teachers are looking forward to meeting with families and sharing more information about student progress. With report cards and conferences, families should have a clear sense of how each child is progressing. We continue to be pleased by how well students respond to the challenges placed before them. Parent conferences are another means to strengthen home/school communication. As always, if you have any questions, please let me know.
