HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS

Entry fee for boys/girls basketball and wrestling: $3.00 per person
SIGNING DAY - DECEMBER 20TH, 2023
The Athletic Department held the second Signing Day of the year on Wednesday, December 20th. Congratulations to these student athletes:
Payton Colbert - Softball - Division 2 - Belmont Abbey
Madison Dollard - Softball - Division 1 - Fairleigh Dickinson University
Jason Salsbery - Baseball - Division 2 - Thomas Jefferson University
Lawson McIntosh - Baseball - Division 1 - Siena College
Bradley Smith - Lacrosse - Division 2 - Holy Family University
Nick Gargan - Lacrosse - Division 2 - Holy Family University
WRESTLING
Tyler Thomas placed 3rd place at the Robin Leff Invitational held at Southern Regional on Saturday. Kylie Wright placed 2nd at the Queen of the East as well.
SWIMMING
UPCOMING MEETS:
1/4 - Boys and Girls meet at Mainland Regional High School at 4:00 pm
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Sunday 12/17
EHT defeated Wildwood 58-52. Averie Harding led EHT with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Ava Kraybill and Lyla Brown contributed 14 and 8 points respectively. EHT improved to 2-0.
Monday 12/18
EHT defeated Hammonton 57-31. After a slow start EHT pulled away from Hammonton out scoring them 33-13 in the second half. EHT had four girls score in double figures. Alina Gonzalez led EHT with 12 points. Ava Kraybill, Lyla Brown, and Skyler Wood contributed 11, 10, and 10 points respectively. EHT improved to 3-0. The girls have a big game Friday against Ocean City and a tough match up against Seneca on Saturday.
BOYS BASKETBALL
BOYS WINTER TRACK
The Boys Winter Track Team competed this past Monday night at the Toms River Bubble. Over 30 teams from South Jersey competed. The 4X800 relay team of Amir Halim, Chase Mazur, Christopher Minshall, and Christopher Manzo came in 1st place. The shot put relay of Mike Simeon and Noah Holiday came in 3rd place.
GIRLS WINTER TRACK
Our first meet of the 2023-2024 winter track and field season was a success! Our girls did amazing tonight up in the “Bubble” of Toms River! Our distance medley relay placed 2nd in a time of 13:23.79. The relay consisted of Paige Pacquing, Amari Pinkett, Taylor Rooney, and Kiki Schlemo. Our 4x400 relay also placed 2nd in a time of 4:25.01. The team consisted of Amari Pinkett, Taylor Rooney, Jasmin Halim, and Kiki Schlemo. Amazing job to all ladies! Our next meet is this Saturday 12/23 up in NY! 💕🦅
UNIFIED SPORTS - BOWLING
Unified Sports enjoyed a fun filled day of bowling at King Pin on Tuesday, December 19th. Check out the happy faces in these pictures:

HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS REGISTRATIONS
All registrations for EHT Athletic programs must be completed online through the Family ID Program. https://ehtnjathletics.com/main/otherad/contentID/54216658
· Physical Exams
· All Exams must be submitted digitally though your online registration.
· No hard copies, emails or faxes will be accepted.
· Re-Cert packets and COVID Forms are now part of the registration question/process. No hard copies needed.

· Please review the appropriate registration dates for your interested season found on the registration page. · You do not need a physical to register, but must have an exam uploaded seven days prior to your first tryout.
WINTER SPORTS HAVE BEGUN.
REGISTRATION FOR SPRING SPORTS WILL BE JANUARY 1ST - MARCH 1ST.
Middle School Winter 1 sports are under way! Winter 1 sports include Boys' and Girls' Basketball, Wrestling, and Unified Bowling.
Winter 2 sports includes Co-ed Volleyball and Unified Basketball. Registration will be Dec. 1 - Feb 15. Practices will begin February 21. REGISTER NOW FOR WINTER 2!
