SGB Week Ahead
November 20, 2023
VALUE of the MONTH: Fortitude
Principal's Message
Dear SGB Families,
SGB Teachers shared that the parent conferences last week were very productive. It was wonderful to see so many faces in the building. Thank you to all our parents who met with your child/children's teacher(s) to review his/her progress, celebrate successes and make goals for moving forward.
This is an exciting week coming up with so much to look forward to as we celebrate Thanksgiving with our families.
SGB kicks off this holiday week with our SGB Thanksgiving Feasts for both our UPK students (Parish Center) and our Prek -Grade 8 students (Gym)! It's one of the most beautiful and community-filled events we have during the year. It's a chance for all our students to sit down together share a delicious holiday meal with our SGB Family.
This time of year asks us to reflect on all we are thankful for and SGB has been truly blessed!
I am especially thankful for
- all the fantastic SGB students and staff who work together to turn our building into a vibrant and loving school.
- the HSA Team - Melanie Perraglia, Julissa Amaro, Valicitie Rubino, Allyson Shoemaker, Dana Carpenter, Alex Davis, and honorary Beth O'Sullivan (Our Library Hero!) - The best team ever!
- Fr. Fallon, the entire Parish rectory staff and SGB Parish for their steadfast support.
- all of the SGB families who support our efforts on a daily basis!
Special thanks to all the parents who have signed up to volunteer for many of our events so far this year (such a long list of volunteers!!!)
You have been amazing partners and I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
We couldn't do what we do without your help!
