John Steach, CEO of the Center for Educational Effectiveness, presented a data dashboard for use monitoring progress of PSD's Outrageous Outcomes during a study session.
Next steps include incorporating data visualizations on PSD’s new website launching in October 2023. This was a result of the district receiving grant funding above what was anticipated, resulting in the district needing additional expenditure authority.

Presentation and Public Hearing of Resolution 1040
Kevin Hebdon, Executive Director of Fiscal Services, discussed information about budget extensions and requested approval of Resolution No. 1040 to extend the 2022-2023 Debt Service Fund expenditure authority by $150,000 (from $19,007,595 to $19,157,595). This was a result of the original budget for the Debt Service Fund not having expenditure authority for closing costs associated with a bond refinance.
The board held a public hearing to receive community input on the budget extension after which the board unanimously approved to adopt Resolution No. 1040.
