We cordially invite you to participate in the West Wing Veterans Appreciation Assembly. Our students have been taught to honor and appreciate the invaluable role you played in safeguarding our nation's freedom. We extend our invitation to attend this special event. We invite all Veterans that are attending to join their student for breakfast beginning at 8:45 am in the multipurpose room so that we may welcome you to the event with our Heroes Welcome at 9:30 am.

Parents and community members are invited to attend the West Wing Verterans Appreciation Assembly! Please park at Copper Hills Church and enter at our Trail Gate. If you need Handicapped parking please use the school lot and sign in through the office. Please bring your own chair if you would like to sit during the assembly. Thank you!

Thank you to our dedicated PTSA Executive Board for planning and organizing an amazing FREE Movie Night for our West Wing families! We appreciate all of your time and for sharing your talents which are greatly needed to make this such a fun and memborable event for everyone!

Lots of student council members served our school by selling candy, soda, and pizzas to the families that attened our PTSA Movie Night! Thank you to Ms. Carpenter, Mrs. Petrucci, and Mrs. Grosjean for your time as you prepared and orgainzed the council for this event!

We are excited to bring back our Thanksgiving Lunch. Thank you to everyone that completed their RSVPs! The food order has been placed and we are excited for this special day.

Adult lunches cost $4.50 each. You may use your child's lunch account or pay exact cash at the register. We will not be able to make change so please bring exact cash if that is how you are paying for your lunches. Student lunches are $2.95 each.

Please park at Copper Hills Church and enter campus at the trail gate unless you need handicap parking. The trail gate will open at 10:55 am and close at 1:05 pm.

Please come at your student's normal lunch time. Parents are not allowed on the playground and must exit campus after their child's lunch time.

Looking for a flexible job? Becoming a Certified Substitute is the answer! West Wing is in need of additional substitute teachers to fill in when our teachers are out sick or out for professional development. Please consider signing up to help at your child's school. We love having parents as subs and we would love to have you join us this school year! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Shaunna Owsley, our school secretary. She is happy to answer any questions you may have or help you with the process.

Dear Parents,

Please do not park along any red curbs in the parking lot. The red curb signifies a fire lane. Any vehicle parked along a red curb will be reported to Peoria PD.

We are so proud of all of our students who participated in the NJHS spirit week to raise money for Soldier's Best Friend! Mrs. Rohlwing and her sons dropped off $836 donation all raised by our students! Thank you all for your help and for impacting our Veterans in such an important way!
