This week is homecoming week.

Dress-up days are as follows:

• Mon: Pajama
• Tues: Western
• Wed: Class color day
• Thurs: Barbie and Ken
• Fri: Jersey and red/white/blue

Here are some of the important events taking place:

• Tuesday: Seniors vote for court at lunch, voting for king and queen takes place
• Wednesday: Girls' Powder Puff - $2 to get in with no athletic passes accepted. 9th vs. 12th play at 6 pm. 10th and 11th grade to follow. Winners will play for the title of 2023 Powderpuff Champs!
• Thursday: The floats and trailers need to be at the school for final construction by 6 p.m. The floats need to be completed by 8 p.m. that night.
  
• Friday through next Thursday: float building
• Friday: Pep assembly, 1:30-3:00 p.m in the gym

On Wednesday, October 4th a representative from the Michigan State Police will talk to our students about how to use the internet safely and responsibly. The following is the schedule:

12:45 pm - 11th and 12th grade

1:45 pm - 9th and 10th grade

Wednesday, October 4th is count day. Please do your best to attend school on this day. Patriot Online Academy students should look for communication from Mr. Corcoran about the expectations for the day.

Mrs. Hamel's Physical Science students spent time in the cafeteria last week and used motorized cars to calculate velocity from distance and time today!

Students who drive to school are required to have a parking pass. Click here for a copy of the application form or stop by the high school office and pick one up. The cost is $2.00.
