Transcripts cost $3.00 per transcript, except for Common Application which costs a total of $3.00. (Note: You do not pay $3.00 per transcript for Common Application)

This is an important announcement regarding Edgenuity courses this school year. Students with a D or F in their core classes can retake the course and make up the credit in night school on Edgenuity via credit recovery.
The credit recovery lab will be open Monday-Thursday from 3:00pm -7:00pm throughout the school year. There will be transportation via activity bus .

All 9th and 10th grades will be taking the ELA Progress Monitoring assessment 2 will be taking place this week. Standard time students will be taking the exam on Wednesday, Jan 17 (even) or Thursday, Jan 18 (odd) based on their ELA class period. Students with accommodating will be taking their exam throughout the week. Students ask talk to their ELA teachers for more information. This Progress Monitoring assessment is very important. Scores may impact student course selection options and tutorial placements in preparation for PM3. Students need to bring their Chromebook fully charged to school everyday.

WBHS Aviation Academy students attended the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Opa-Locka Forum January 30th. Students boarded corporate jets, met exhibitors, and spoke to industry professionals about career pathways into the Aviation field.

This past weekend, the West Boca Debate-A-Bulls competed at our Regional Tournament, and three of our Team members qualified to represent West Boca and compete for the State Championship! They are Katelyn Oechsle in Extemporaneous Speaking, and Kaylynn Weir and Andrew Georgaras in Lincoln-Douglas Debate! Dylan Gaynor is also the 1st Alternate in Lincoln-Douglas Debate, so we've got a good shot at 4 debaters going to State!

They'll be competing for the State Title on the first weekend of March, so wish them luck!
