All students are required by law to have a current Georgia immunization certificate on file. Gwinnett County Public School Procedure P.JBA states that a child may be excluded from attendance until a valid certificate is submitted.
All students entering the 7th grade must have a valid Form 3231 which meets the following new requirements:
1. One dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccine
2. One dose of MCV (meningococcal conjugate) vaccine .
