Thank you to all of our parents and guardians who attended our first (and hopefully our only ever) virtual Back to School Night! It was so wonderful to see all the parents. I know it was hard for some of our 5th Grade Parents who were facing their last Back to School Night at Clinton. We thank you for all of the years you have devoted to Clinton and for all of the support you have given our teachers, staff, & administration. We would like to wish Mrs. Shelffo a wonderful and happy retirement effective October 1st! She has been a true advocate for her students and a life-long learner. Mrs. Shelffo has been at Clinton for 17 years and will be missed by her students, her parents, but mostly by her colleagues. We would also like to welcome Mrs. Ramsburg as our newest Second Grade Teacher. She has been a member of the Clinton Community for many years and now we get to call her an "official" staff member!

Clinton families... we are excited to announce that Clinton Elementary School's virtual library through MackinVIA is a huge success. We currently have over 1,200 titles to choose from and are adding more titles in the near future. Students can access it from their Canvas courses or via the MackinVIA app.

● How to Get to Canvas - Open a web browser and go to https://www.somsd.k12.nj.us/Canvas/. Click on Student Portal and log in through your District Google Account. Click Sign-In.

● Forgotten Powerschool Parent Portal Passwords - If a family has forgotten their PowerSchool username or password, please have them visit http://www.somsd.k12.nj.us/parentportalhelp. There are instructions on the page that walks the families through the process of resetting their account, etc. If they are unable to get assistance using the resources on the web page, please have them email parentportalhelp@somsd.k12.nj.us.
