The TexQuest Support Center hopes everyone's year is off to a great start. As we embark on a new year, we look forward to the many opportunities we will have in assisting students and educators across the great state of Texas. What goals do you have? We want everyone across the state to know how amazing TexQuest digital resources are and how well they connect to curriculum.

Our providers are continuously striving to improve their product. Here are a few updates:

• EBSCO has launched an eBooks app available now for iOS devices; Android coming soon.
• TeachingBooks has recently added Two-Minute Takeaways, a collection of short videos featuring how to use TeachingBooks resources.
• Learn360 has recently added a quiz feature available in free educator accounts. To learn more, visit this Learn360 Support Page.
• Britannica School Insights, the new extension for K-12 schools, enables students and teachers to cut through the noise on the internet and get trusted and verified information at the top-right corner of their search results page. More information can be found on Britannica's Provider Support page!

Do you remember when you first fell in love with libraries? I do! My third grade teacher, Mrs. Carreon, read Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls right after lunch. She would read for 20 minutes then stop when the timer went off leaving us all eager to hear more the next day. It was the highlight of my day and I remember feeling lost when we finished the book. I wasn't ready to let go of the characters I fell in love with just yet!

Mrs. Carreon took me to the library and introduced me to Ramona the Pest, The Boxcar Children, Little House on the Prairie, and Superfudge. I found new characters to love! Our school librarian let me switch out the books regularly and thus began my love of libraries!

We have professionally made bookmarks and flyers you can download and make your own. Visit texquest.net to view all of them. These flyers and bookmarks can be shared with students, teachers, and parents. Download one or two, or all of them!

TexQuest is a statewide digital resources program that provides anytime, anywhere access to high quality, authoritative digital resources to all educators, students, and students' immediate families in Texas K-12 public schools and open enrollment charter schools. Supported, in part, by appropriations from the Texas State Legislature, Texas districts pay a small per student participation fee to gain access to TexQuest resources from the providers listed on this page.

The Texas State Library and Archives Commission administers all aspects of the TexQuest program and is responsible for the selection and coordination of all TexQuest resources, as well as district invoicing.

Education Service Center, Region 20 serves as the TexQuest Support Center and is responsible for help desk, technical assistance, outreach, communication, and training to support the program.
