SEPTEMBER

7- First Day of School (NO LATE START)

12 - First Day for Kindergarten

Eatonville School District is pleased to announce there will be a free, two-day, "Summer Learning Camp" for incoming kindergarten, sixth and ninth grade students.

• Date and Time: Monday, August 15th and Tuesday, August 16th from 9:00am-1:00pm.
• Camp information will be published to families this morning.
• Guardians have until Friday, June 24th to register their child.
• Families will use this link or may scan the QR code on the flyer to register their child for camp.
• The camp provides students the opportunity to become familiar with their new campus, meet staff, make new friends and extend their learning. While enjoying a mix of hands-on, outdoor activities students will feel part of a team and will leave excited for the 22-23 school year at their new school.
• All five school buildings will host their own camp. Please direct specific questions to building principals.
• Food service will provide sack lunches.

ATTENDANCE EVERYDAY IS A PRIORITY FOR OUR SCHOOLS

Attending school every day will help children as they progress through their academic career. Even starting in kindergarten, too many ABSENCES and TARDIES can cause children to fall behind in school. Our schools make attendance a priority and we want to see your child at school on time every day. LET'S MAKE IT A GREAT 22-23 SCHOOL YEAR!

We are so excited for summer. We know this can be a time when kids are super active, but many of them can sink into the couch and spend too much time on technology. Fear not! We have a fun challenge for your kids to help keep them active, on task and away from technology so they can experience all the wonderful things summer has to offer! We are also extremely proud of our new preschool curriculum that rounds out our education offerings! It is the most adorable, fun-filled, easy-to-implement program to instill kindness in your little ones. And, as with everything else we offer, it is completely free of charge! Check it out!

2022-2023 DROP OFF AND PICK UP

Please remain in your vehicle at all times. If you need to exit your vehicle, please park in the parking lot to do so. Please choose your lane based on the side of your vehicle that your student will exit from. Please, only open doors on the sidewalk side of your car. Students cannot exit into the middle of the road. They should always exit directly to the sidewalk. Please adhere to the 5 mph rule. This will help to ensure the safety of all students and staff.

SCHOOL DESTINATIONS FOR 2022-2023

Please try to call the school regarding transportation changes before 1:00 pm. Emergencies are understandable but please make sure your child knows and the teacher knows how your child will be getting home each and every day.
