Welcome to our Fundraising Newsletter where we will feature our sponsors and update you on the most recent fundraising activities.

Do you amazing items or experiences that you would like to donate for the Auction?

The Alta Vista Elementary Home and School Club will be hosting an online Spring Auction from March 24-29! We’re asking our community if you’d be able to support our school with donation items for the auction. Thank you so much for everyone who has donated so far!

We welcome and appreciate all auction items such as:

• sporting events tickets
• vacation homes
• gift cards and certificates
• merchandise
• travel packages
• food and beverages
• personal services
• fitness classes in person or online
• classes
• hosted parties

The Auction proceeds will be used to pay for our students’ enrichment programs including music, clay, art, PE and technology.

Please send your donation by Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

You can email your donation to avhscfundraising@gmail.com or drop it off in the office to our attention: Auction Chairs.
