Great Things Are Happening
Benchmarks for 2nd-5th graders
It is time for our second through fifth graders to show what they know on the district benchmarks. Reading benchmark is Tuesday, 9/26 and Math benchmark is Tuesday 10/3. Teachers are setting goals and having data chats with individual students. Please speak to your student about the importance of trying their best on these tests. You can help them be successful by ensuring they get a good nights sleep, eat breakfast that morning, and arrive to school on time.
Help Improve our Playground
We extended our Cougar Campaign so we can have it open during fall break. Our playground equipment is looking rather sad and we need your help to purchase new and improved fun additions. Our goal is $20,000 and to have 40% of families participating. Please consider making a donation. Even one dollar is one step closer to new playground equipment. Click here to get signed up!
Safety
- Reminder about parking your car. If you are going to leave your car for any reason, you must be in a designated parking spot. This includes the drop off/pick up lane in the south parking lot as well as the front fire lane; please do not park in these lanes. You must be in a parking spot. Please also do not park in front of the houses on Lehigh. The neighbors do not appreciate it and are complaining. It is also not safe to cross, especially by the bus bay.
