Legacy Scholarship Funds, Inc. currently manages 59 scholarships granting annual gifts to graduating high school seniors. Each scholarship seeks students with different talents and study goals. Annual dollar amounts of scholarship awards vary each year based on our investment earnings. Amounts range from $250 to $2,500 or more.
**Please note that scholarships are available only to those students who attend the high schools listed after the description of the scholarship.

**Scholarship Applications go "LIVE" on Monday, November 14, 2022. Counselors will be promoting the application process via Google Classroom.
**Athletic Booster Club scholarship applications are submitted to the Coach/Booster Club President.**
Step #1: Visit www.wlcsd.org/parents/scholarships/legacy-scholarship-fund/current-scholarships/ to view the writable version of each scholarship. Verify that you are choosing a scholarship that pertains to your high school (WLC, WLN, WLW or a combined high school scholarship). *See below for the breakdown of available scholarships per school.*
If you would like to apply for a scholarship:
- Choose a scholarship from the drop-down list.
- Click on the name of the scholarship to download a copy then File>Save As>Microsoft Word (.docx).
- **NO HANDWRITTEN applications will be accepted!**
Step #2: Check for proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. PROOFREAD your work prior to submitting your application. Please complete ALL items on the application. If items are missing, your application may be disqualified.
Step #3: SUBMISSION - Print two (2) copies of your completed scholarship application(s) that you will submit to the counseling secretary (WLC - Tracy Coram ~ WLN - Lisa Norris ~ WLW - JoAnn Shurmur). **For Out of District Scholarships: Mercy HS - Reddy Memorial Scholarship - Tosha Willis. Mio/AuSable HS - Olson Memorial Scholarship - Kelli McDonald. Oxford HS - Charles Memorial Scholarship - Kendrea Shenfeld.
Step #4: Submit your scholarship application copies (hard copy only) to the counseling secretary by 12:30pm on JANUARY 6, 2023. Applications will NOT be accepted after the deadline.
