New Graduates
Question and Answer for the Class of 2021
Q: I missed Cap and Gown Pick-Up what do I do?
A: Items will be brought to the campus as ordered or students may pick u at Josten's address below.
Q: How many graduation tickets do we get?
A: At this time, all seniors will receive a minimum of 5-8 TBD (To Be Determined) by current COVID -19 Protocols and WISD. No Final Determination has been made yet
Q: Are we having Prom?
A: Yes .......

Non-WISD Scholars will not be allowed without being PRE APPROVED
Q: I haven't ordered my cap and gown; What do I do?

If you are still needing to order your custom school announcements, cap and gown, and other graduation/celebration accessories please go to www.goldengraduation.com
Q: Do I have to order a cap and gown?
A: Yes, if you plan on participating in the graduation ceremony.
Note: Orders from Jostens that are not picked up before April 21st may be in jeopardy of being resold. Jostens Hours are Mon - Thurs 10-5. If you still have a balance you will need to bring cash, as that is the only form of payment to be accepted this close to graduation.

Tutoring & E.O.C. Exams
Required- End of Course Exams and Tutoring
EOC tutoring has already started – Please mark these dates on your calendars
The History E.O.C. (End of Course) Exam is May 4, 2021.
The Algebra E.O.C. (End of Course) Exam is on May 5, 2021
The Biology E.O.C. (End of Course) Exam is on May 6, 2021.
Tutoring for E.O.C Exams
Mrs. Hardister (English) will be tutoring during her conference on Tuesdays.
Mr. Hughes (History) will be tutoring on Thursday during his conference.
Mrs. Franco (Biology) will be tutoring on Thursday during her conference.
Mr. Gilbert (Math) will be tutoring on Wednesday during his conference.
Teachers are directed to keep attendance during tutoring; doing so will provide the needed documentation for Senate Bill 149/463.
It is our sincere hope and desire that none of you need to utilize this insurance policy
( Senate Bill [SB] 149/463) for graduation, however, it is better to have it and not need it than to not have it at all!

Note: APEX Tutorials need to be completed before you take your EOCs.
Universal Technical Institute
The largest technical college in the country that trains for the automotive/transportation industry, will be at the High School of Choice on Thursday, April 15, at 11:00 AM. They teach Auto, Diesel, Collision Repair, Welding, and CNC machining. They are bringing a trailer/truck with them, and they will do a live engine demonstration. We invite all graduates and current students to attend if you are interested in attending UTI.
