Cougar News - Week of 10/16/23
Letter from Ms. Bedford
Hello Smallville,
I’ve been really excited to see the fall season or what I like to call hoodie season make its appearance with cooler weather and pumpkin spice. I want to thank all of our 8th grade students who participated in our PSAT testing this week, and a special shout out to our Testing Coordinator Rebecca Smootz for organizing such a smooth testing day. I also want to send out a special thank you to our wonderful staff who proctored the class sessions or who had to relocate to maintain a secure testing environment. It takes a team to ensure success and we have an amazing team here at Small!
As a reminder, please feel free to contact administration anytime you have questions or concerns about the campus. This direct contact is the easiest way to get accurate information regarding campus happenings. As a reminder, our official campus forms of communication are our weekly newsletter and website. In cases of emergencies that affect the entire student body, we will update you via school messenger with either a phone call/text or email.
We also invite you to participate by volunteering at our events, getting involved with our PTA and Campus Advisory Committe, and most importantly participating and sharing the fun we are having here on campus. I appreciate and seek your support here on campus and I am always open for suggestions and working collaboratively alongside you.
Have a great weekend!
