L-W Medication Authorization Form due.
If your child takes prescription AND/OR over the counter medication (ex. Tylenol, Advil, Zyrtec, etc.), please have the physician complete this form when your child has their physical. This will allow staff and parent chaperones to distribute medications during band camp and trips we take. Listing over the counter medications on this form is very helpful and we won't have to call you if your child needs Tylenol or Advil for a headache when we are on a trip or during the long days of band camp.

Before starting high school, my son wasn't sure he wanted to make the commitment to join the LWMB. Now, it's his favorite season (and mine, too!) Joining the LWMB has given both of us the chance to make friends all across the Lincoln-Way district and to share some amazing experiences, like the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!

My daughters and I have met some of the best people and have created so many wonderful memories to last a lifetime through our involvement in the LWMB. As a parent, it has been amazing to see what a positive impact the LWMB and all the people associated with LWMB have had on my kids.

LWMB has given me the opportunity to share all types of experiences with my son in a program he loves. We have both made great friends, I have been able to chaperone many events and the program has provided many opportunities for me to be involved. Being part of LWMB has been a big part of Jason's high school career and we are creating many wonderful memories!

The LWMB has been a part of our lives since 2018. My daughters have made lifetime friendships and developed skills that carry on to the next phase in their lives. Personally, I too have made lifelong friendships and have enjoyed working with the students and supporting them throughout the Marching Band season.

The performances are amazing, but it’s the growth in your child as a musician and as a human that is the most rewarding part of being in the LWMB. It’s the process that pulls out the best in each kid. The shows and parades are the added bonus.
This season is going to be out of this world!
