When we think of February being the month of love, it doesn't have to be a single note of chocolate and message hearts, although both are nice. Spreading a little joy to someone who you know needs a boost helps not just them but us too! Sometimes, we need to give ourselves special compassion because we can be our hardest critic--especially during the toughest stretch of winter. Regardless, a little extra love all around does everybody some good.

Whether for yourself, a loved one, or a neutral person, a compassion meditation helps build connection and/or reframe thinking in a compassionate way towards another.
