The times in which we are living are extraordinary—the whole world inside the Big Top navigating unprecedented and multi-layered global events. When so much is changing so fast, how do we create space to focus on the details, on the individual student, on our own needs? In what ways does the current cultural transformation impact how we approach the conference themes of literacy, collaboration, and leadership? In her keynote address, DeEtta Jones will frame some of the issues and opportunities for continued exploration during the conference. She will provide thought provoking concepts, contextually relevant insights, and practical guidance— maybe with a little clowning around!
