Dear Groveland Families,

I hope you are doing well and enjoying these summer months!

As we look forward to the upcoming, 2023-2024 school year, I would like to share our staffing plans. Please know we are in the process of hiring a 1st and 4th grade teacher. Teachers will be reaching out in the next few weeks with welcome letters for their class.

• Kindergarten - Ms. Purcell and Ms. Bunting/Mrs. Long
• First Grade - Mrs. Kranick, Mrs. Moran, Ms. Petras, and Mrs. Sulek, and a new Groveland Teacher
• Second Grade - Mrs. Kelly, Mrs. Neufer, Mrs. Rodgers, Mrs. Schaab, and Mrs. Wells
• Third Grade - Mr. DeCandido, Ms. Mitnik, Mrs. Ordile, Ms. Toub and Ms. Wolfe
• Fourth Grade - Mrs. Abert, Mrs. Keyes, Mrs. Paone, Mrs. Spiegel, and a new Groveland Teacher
• Fifth Grade - Mrs. Bannon, Mrs. Daley, Ms. McCullion, Mrs. Moyer, and Mrs. Rantz
• Sixth Grade - Mrs. Guelzow, Mrs. Jackson, Ms. Lodwig, Mrs. McGovern, Mrs. O'Brien, and Mrs. Rybny

Our multi-lingual learners will continue to be supported by Mrs. DiFulvio, Ms. Hastings, Mrs. Murphy and Mrs. Vetere.

Our special education team includes Ms. Adkins, Ms. Buonomo, Ms. Cawley, Mrs. Dingui, Ms. Forst, Mrs. Hennessy, Mrs. McMann, Ms. Saul, Mrs. Schwanbeck, Mrs. Stewart, and Ms. Webb. We will also be adding two new special education teachers to our team!

Our 2023-2024 specialists include:

• Art - Mrs. Houser
• Library - Ms. Benstead and Mrs. Burger
• Music - Mr. Reilley
• PE - Mr. Hochman and Mr. Foster
• QUEST - Mrs. Kerns and a new QUEST teacher
• Band - Mrs. (Morehouse) Feliciani
• Strings - Mrs. Quinn

In 2023-2024, Mr. Alderfer, Ms. Wolf, Ms. Walsh-Wilson, Mrs. McFadden, Mrs. Long, Mrs. Wisniewski, Mrs. Butler, Mrs. Palilonis, and Mrs. Prime will return to support and enrich our students' emotional, health, and academic needs. We will also have a new addition to our Reading Department, Mrs. Rozak, and a new Psychologist, Ms. Bauer. We are delighted to have them join our team!

Just as in previous years, final class assignments will be announced on August 3rd via the Parent Portal.

We look forward to seeing everyone soon!

In the summer months, student placement is finalized. Know that considerable time and attention went into creating well-balanced class groupings that consider the social, academic, and emotional needs of all students.

On Thursday, August 3rd at 9:00AM the 2023-2024 class lists will be announced via the Parent Portal.

We look forward to the excitement that a new school year brings!

On August 21st, the Transportation tab in your Parent Portal Account will list your child(ren)'s bus number, as well as pick up/drop off times. If you have any questions, please contact the Transportation Department at 267-893-4000.

Your child may ride only the bus to which he/she has been assigned unless an Alternate Bus Stop Request has been approved. The Central Bucks Transportation Department may approve requests for childcare or shared custody situations. A form must be submitted every year.
