It's always a good week when it's Maverick Hangout! Big thank you to Mrs. Wijnhamer, Mrs. Griego, Mrs. De La Torre, Mrs. Fancy, Mrs. Maeda, Mrs. McCourtney and our classroom support Mrs. Flora and Ms. Doran. What a fun event and great opportunity to connect with peers and get a head start on the fall home decorations.
This week's background features highlights from our Maverick Hangout as well as some pictures from our 4-6 grade class as they worked on collaborating with peers to provide feedback on their writing.
As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or compliments, please reach out to Mr. Fineberg, our principal, at efineberg@tustin.k12.ca.us.

Principal's Message...
As we turn the calendar to October and the fall season (it finally feels like fall), I wanted to share my gratitude to our TC Community. What a wonderful group of students, families, teachers, and staff. We are so blessed to be a part of such a caring community. Please know how important each of your students and families are to us and we are here for your student(s) and family. It's such a blessing to walk campus and see our hard working, positive, caring, and bright students at work. As you may see the stories across the country of all that is not right, we are so blessed to be part of a wonderful school district and incredible school of great students.
Lastly, make sure you have your calendar marked for Thursday, October 26th from 5-7 pm for our annual Trunk or Treat event. Costume contests, games, craft, trunk or treating, Kona Ice, nachos, hot dogs, silent auction, and so much more! Come join us. You can RSVP using this link.
As always, if you have any questions, compliments, ideas, and/or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out at (714) 430-2052 ext. 52103 or efineberg@tustin.k12.ca.us. Have a great weekend.
Mr. Fineberg
