We have an unusual week ahead. Students will only come to school on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Monday and Tuesday are teacher workdays and Friday is Veterans' Day. We hope you and your family can enjoy this time off.
We should be wrapping up parent conferences. If you have not had a conference with your child's teacher, please work to schedule the conference as soon as you can.
Wednesday night, we are excited to celebrate our teachers and all their hard work. Margaux's has partnered with our PTA, MeckSouth Rotary and Pineville Church to host our teachers for a dinner together. In addition, many of our community partners have donated door prizes that our teachers can win. If you have a business and would want to contribute a prize for our teachers, please email me. We are thankful for all of our partners and their support.

Pineville students are also getting recognized this week. 50 students were selected by their teachers for exhibiting kindness. These students will be on the court to welcome the women's basketball teams of Iowa and Virginia Tech Universities. These students will be recognized on court and then get an opportunity to watch the basketball game.
Please help us complete this student information form. We are currently at 74.5% of our families completing this form. CMS has asked that we reach 100%.
