Hawk Happenings
April 27th - May 1st
Here's what's happening at Spring Lake...
In order to avoid large crowds or gatherings, I have asked each teacher and grade level team to coordinate the return of student materials over the next week or so. Everything is bagged up and ready to be sent home and teachers will be contacting you with dates and times for pick up. Of course, if you are a parent with students in multiple grade levels, you are welcome to drop by the school between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday) this week and we can get everything for you at one time.
Our class pictures from Lifetouch have finally arrived. You can pick them up in the front office or when you come to get your child's other materials.
We are excited to announce that we have been approved to have a teacher parade and are tentatively planning on Friday, May 8th. We still need to clear this with local police and city officials but more details will be forthcoming. We will send out maps and instructions by the end of the week.
Please, please, please continue to encourage your child to complete assignments and engage online. We have 4 more weeks of school - let's do our best to FINISH STRONG!
Hope you have a great week!

Kindergarten Registration for 2020-2021
Because we are rolling over to a new computer system, we will not begin Kindergarten registration until mid summer. HOWEVER, if you have a kindergarten child, or know someone who has a kindergarten aged child, please call the school and let Mrs. Baxter know. She is currently compiling a list of names and contact numbers so we can keep you in the loop with any registration information we send out.
