Hello ACE Family!

Thank you for everyone that has attended our first Meet & Greet! At ACE we recognize the importance of working together with families to better support our students. Our next Meet & Greet will take place in November and it will be FALL themed! This event we will showcase your student's amazing work and we will share with you our ACE handbook. The handbook will have tons of information on our program and answer any questions that you may have in regards to policy and procedures. We have enjoyed meeting you all and look forward to seeing you at future events!

Hispanic Heritage month runs from Sept 15 to Oct 15. During this month your student's will participate in activities and lessons that celebrate Hispanic Heritage month. National Hispanic Heritage month traditionally honors the cultures and contributions of both Hispanic and Latino Americans as we celebrate heritage rooted in all Latin American countries. Please follow the link below to the National Hispanic Heritage website where you can explore and learn of the contributions of Hispanic and Latino culture.

Please keep in mind that the ACE after-school program will be CLOSED on Early Release days and Holidays. Early dismissal time for ALL students is at 12:10 pm.

Early Release and Holiday dates for October:

• Friday, October 8, 2021
• Monday, October 11, 2021(no school)

We have a parent workshop every Tuesday, please join to get great tips and information on all things parenting. Everyone is welcome!

Do you have ideas or a special skill you would like to share with other ACE parents or students! We welcome volunteers to host events or to help out during ACE programming. Would you like to get everyone moving and show us how to Zumba, teach how to code, or want to be a part of our parent career day? Let us know if you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to your on-site school ACE coordinator or our Family Engagement Coordinator, Ms. Garcia.
