Google Meet Video Sharing
Something that may help in the meantime is to delete all Google Meet related extensions installed in your browser. To do this, click on the three more options dots in the top right corner of your browser. Select More Tools > Extensions. Click on Remove for any extension related to Google Meet, such as Attendance, Grid View, etc. as these extensions are now not needed due to updates within Google Meet.

ASU Update - Elementary
Course functionality will revert back to the previous stage, however, we wanted to point out the issues that will still remain. When courses are loaded into one shell in Canvas, all auto-graded work for all subjects will pass back to the Canvas gradebook. However, teacher graded activities will only work for the first course that the teacher loaded into their Canvas course. Students will be able to launch all subjects but if they complete a teacher graded activity in a course that was not added first, it will show up in the Canvas gradebook as a zero.

Aeries & Canvas Grades
Secondary
At this time, grade passback from Canvas to Aeries is working as expected for secondary teachers/courses. If you are having issues with grade passback, please check the following because they can all be causes of grades not transferring:- If using weighted grading, weights must match between groups in Canvas and categories in Aeries
- Due dates of assignments have not transpired in Canvas
- Manually added students in Canvas course
Elementary
Grade passback is not working for elementary at this time, but it is something we are actively working on. In the meantime, teachers will have to input grades into Aeries Gradebook manually to transfer them over to the report card.
To hide final grades in Aeries or Canvas to avoid confusion with students and parents, please click on the link below for tutorials.

To check, click on the three dots at the bottom of your screen when in the meeting. If it says Switch to Desktop App, you are using the more limited browser version. Switch to the Desktop App for more options.
- When sharing audio/video, see this video for the settings.
- If your audio or video isn't connecting properly, make sure your computer is selecting the correct source. Watch this video for how to check.
- To set preferences and privileges for students in a Webex meeting, please refer to this video.

- Hard mute feature now available where participants cannot unmute themselves. When you are in your meeting, you can decide if you want Attendees to be able to unmute themselves by checking the "Allow attendees to unmute themselves" in the Participants menu or the Participants pane.
- Now when you want students to unmute themselves, you can request they do so by clicking on Unmute. An alert will show up on the attendee's screen asking them to unmute themselves.
